Marienbourgish companies are listed on the Persenburg stock exchange.

Launched on 23 September 2026, the Imperial Persenburg Exchange, or Kurszettel Persenburg, is a stock exchange based in the Karno-Ruthenian capital of Persenburg. Among the companies listed so far are four from Marienbourg: Ducal Post, a state-owned postal service; MMM, a state-owned construction firm; MarienTour, a state-owned tourism agency; and Duke's Emporium, a privately owned food and souvenir retailer. In addition, thirteen other companies from Cananeia, Karnia-Ruthenia, Quinta Velha, and Porto Claro are listed on the exchange. The exchange operates through the Persenburg Index, which displays share prices in both national and micronational currencies.
By listing three state-owned enterprises on the stock exchange, the Marienbourgish government seeks to foster economic integration among micronational actors from different states and stimulate discussion and activity within the field of micronational economics. It also aims, where possible, to attract investment to support the growth of these enterprises and encourage greater engagement by Marienbourgish citizens, as well as civilians more broadly, in micronational economic affairs.
The government nevertheless intends to retain control over the state-owned enterprises, maintaining a 65% stake in Ducal Post and a 51% stake in each of the other listed state-owned companies. The Duke's Emporium, a privately owned limited company held by princes Anthony and Edison and Anthony's wife, Luzia, has made 25% of its equity available for purchase through shares. The stated purpose is to attract investment to diversify the company's product line and, above all, to increase the visibility and distribution of its products, particularly the Canastra-style cheese produced in Pomerade.
The creation of the Kurszettel Persenburg forms part of a broader initiative undertaken by several member states of the Conference of Santiago, in cooperation with the organization itself, to promote economic development and integration among its members. The initiative aims to facilitate investment, strengthen economic ties, and establish a common framework for the development of financial and commercial institutions within the micronational community. It also includes the establishment of the Bank of the Nations of the Conference of Santiago, intended to serve as a financial institution for participating states, and the creation of a Micronational Economy Portal, a platform designed to collect, organize, and provide access to economic and financial information concerning the economies of Conference of Santiago members and associates.
Marienbourgish companies
In addition to the companies listed on the aforementioned exchange—Ducal Post, MMM, MarienTour, and Duke's Emporium—the Ministry of Home Affairs records three other companies: Marienbourgish Press, a state-owned telecommunications company; Marienbourg Solar Energy, a state-owned electric utility; and Pomerade Microforestry, a privately owned forestry and planting company. None of these companies is currently listed on the exchange.
