In celebration of the national holiday of Ash Wednesday, His Serene Highness The Duke of Marienbourg issued the Ducal Decree No. 2/2026 containing the list of persons honored as recipients and members of the chivalric orders of the Marienbourgish honor system. Below is the transcript of the decree as published: THE DUCHY OF MARIENBOURG HIS SERENE HIGHNESS’ OWN OFFICE


The List of Honors of 18 February 2026.

WE, the DUKE OF MARIENBOURG, ABBĀS, REFOLES AND ZËGRET, PRINZ BRUYN vON UND ZU MEYER, PRINCE OF BATHS, OF ENGERN-TONNA, BLUMENAU AND TRIUNPHUS, COUNT OF BRUYN, OF HORNES AND WÜRTTEMBERG, COUNT AND BARON IN SEALAND, LORD IN PORTO CLARO AND FIDALGO, in full harmony with the Constitution, recognizes the achievements of a wide range of extraordinary people right across the Duchy and beyond:
